In short. Trivia Cafe is free to play. The questions are for fun, and although we check them, some will be out of date or wrong. Tell us and we will fix them.

Trivia Cafe is operated by Freedom Games LLC (indie.io). By using the site you accept these terms.

Accuracy, and its limits

Questions, answers and explanations are written for entertainment and checked against public reference sources. Even so, facts change and mistakes happen, especially in current events. Nothing here is professional advice or should be relied on for a decision that matters.

If you find an error, the contact form reaches us directly and the correction goes to a person.

Using the questions

Play, share and link to anything here. Using questions for your own quiz night, classroom or pub quiz is fine.
Do not republish the question collection in bulk, sell it, or present it as your own.
Automated access should respect robots.txt and keep to a sane request rate. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Trademarks and rights holders

Questions often mention films, shows, games, brands and people. Those names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject. Trivia Cafe is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If you own rights in something you believe is used here beyond fair use, send us the page link and the problem through the contact form and we will act on it quickly.

What you send us

If you post a leaderboard name, suggest a question or send a correction, you tell us we may use it on the site and edit it for length or clarity. Please keep leaderboard names clean and do not submit anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove or decline anything without explanation.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Games LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here.

Changes
